Article 10 Certificate - A keeper offering for sale, reward or for commercial displaying of captive Birds of Prey.
Have in his or her possession an Article 10 Certificate issued by DEFRA. The bird must also wear either a closed ring on its leg or be fitted with a microchip implant with certificate of authentication of implant.
Releasing of Captive Birds of Prey - Licences that were used some years ago are now no longer issued or legally binding.
